Last updated: 22 August 2026Endurai is a running companion app that helps you create training plans, track progress, review readiness, connect supported running data sources such as Strava, and receive general training guidance.This Privacy Policy explains what information Endurai collects, how we use it, and how you can contact us about privacy or deletion requests.1. Information we collect
Endurai may collect the following information, depending on how you use the app:Account information

b. Authentication information needed to sign in and manage your account

f. Check-ins, perceived effort, notes, and progress information
g. Personal-best and performance-history informationStrava activity data, if you connect StravaConnecting Strava is optional. If you choose to connect Strava, Endurai may import activity data from your Strava account to support running-history, progress, workout matching, plan adherence, and readiness features.This may include activity details such as activity type, date, distance, duration, and related running metrics made available through your Strava authorization.Strava data is used by Endurai for deterministic app features such as activity import, progress tracking, plan adherence, workout matching, and readiness calculations.Endurai does not use Strava raw or derived activity data in OpenAI or other large-language-model prompts, retrieval systems, embeddings, AI memory, model training, model evaluation, or AI companion responses unless Strava explicitly approves that use in writing.Guest useYou can use Endurai without creating a signed-in account. When you do, Endurai creates an anonymous account identifier so your training plan, races, workouts, check-ins, companion messages, and preferences can be saved between app sessions.Guest data is stored on Endurai’s backend and may include the same categories of information described in this policy, except it is not linked to your name or email address unless you later sign in or save your account.Location informationEndurai never uses your device’s GPS or location permission.You may optionally type a home training location, race location, or temporary travel location as text, for example “Singapore” or “Tokyo, Japan”. We look up that text with a third-party geocoding service to obtain approximate, city-level coordinates and a timezone. We store those approximate coordinates and timezone so Endurai can provide local-date, weather-aware, and race-aware training guidance.We use approximate coordinates to fetch weather forecasts for training and race guidance.If you connect Strava, activity data from Strava may include location information associated with your runs. Endurai uses Strava activity data for training and performance analysis, and we minimise retained Strava raw data after processing.App diagnostics and analyticsEndurai does not include analytics, advertising, crash-reporting, or tracking software in the app. We do not collect advertising identifiers and we do not track you across other apps or websites.Our hosting and database provider may keep operational server logs, such as error codes, request timing, and security-related events. These logs are used only to keep the service running, secure, and reliable.Support messagesIf you contact us, we may collect the information you include in your support request, such as your email address, message content, and any screenshots or details you provide.2. Endurai is not a medical device, does not provide medical advice, and does not guarantee any specific performance or race result.3. Endurai Companion and AI featuresEndurai may provide an in-app companion for general training and race-preparation questions.The companion uses Endurai-native information such as your training plan, app check-ins, user-entered training context, and conversation messages to provide general guidance.Endurai does not send Strava raw or derived activity data to OpenAI or other large-language-model providers for prompts, retrieval-augmented generation, embeddings, AI memory, training, evaluation, or AI companion responses unless Strava explicitly approves that use in writing.4. Strava connection, disconnect, and deletionConnecting Strava is optional and user-authorized.If you connect Strava, Endurai may import your Strava activities to help keep your running history, progress, plan adherence, workout matching, and readiness features up to date.You may disconnect Strava at any time. Disconnecting Strava stops future Strava syncing and keeps your already-imported Endurai training history by default.You may also request deletion of your imported Strava data from Endurai. This is separate from disconnecting Strava. To request deletion, contact us at [email protected].When Strava data deletion is requested and verified, Endurai will delete Strava-sourced activity records and Strava-derived records covered by the deletion request, subject to applicable legal, security, and platform requirements.5. How we share informationEndurai does not sell your personal information.We may share information with service providers that help us operate Endurai, such as hosting, authentication, database, app infrastructure, diagnostics, support, and AI-service providers where applicable.These providers process information only to help us provide and improve Endurai, subject to their own security and privacy obligations.We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect the safety or security of users, to prevent abuse, or to comply with platform, developer-program, or legal obligations.Service providersEndurai uses trusted service providers to operate the app:- Supabase for authentication, database, backend functions, and hosting infrastructure
- Resend for authentication and account emails
- OpenAI for Endurai Companion responses
- Open-Meteo for geocoding and weather forecasts
- Strava if you choose to connect your Strava account
- Google if you choose to sign in with Google
- Expo/EAS for app build and release infrastructureThese providers process data only to help us provide Endurai’s app functionality. Endurai does not sell your personal data and does not use your data for advertising or cross-app tracking.6. International data transfersEndurai and its service providers may process information outside your country or region.By using Endurai, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions that may have different data-protection laws from those in your country or region.7. Data retentionEndurai keeps information for as long as needed to provide the app, maintain your account, support training-history features, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve app reliability.For Strava activity data, Endurai minimizes raw activity-payload retention after successful processing and keeps normalized training-history data needed for app functionality, unless you request deletion of your imported Strava data.8. Your choices and rightsDepending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export certain personal information.Deleting your account and dataYou can permanently delete your Endurai account and associated data from inside the app. Open the Profile tab, scroll to Danger zone, and tap Delete account.Account deletion permanently deletes your profile, races, training plans, workouts, check-ins, personal bests, companion chat history, fitness estimates, stored locations, and Strava-imported activity data associated with your Endurai account. ChildrenEndurai is not intended for children under the age required by applicable law or platform rules. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child without appropriate consent, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.10. Delete your Endurai Account and Data

Delete your Endurai account and dataYou can permanently delete your Endurai account and associated data at any time.Option 1 — Delete inside the Endurai app1. Open the Endurai app.
2. Go to the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to Danger zone.
4. Tap Delete account.
5. Follow the confirmation steps.This permanently deletes your Endurai account and associated data, including your profile, races, training plans, workouts, check-ins, personal bests, companion chat history, fitness estimates, stored locations, and Strava-imported activity data.If you connected Strava, Endurai will also attempt to revoke Endurai’s access to your Strava account.Deletion cannot be undone.Option 2 — Request deletion by emailIf you cannot access the app, you can request deletion by emailing:[email protected]Please include the email address linked to your Endurai account. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.Guest usersIf you are using Endurai as a guest without signing in, your app data may be linked to an anonymous account identifier rather than an email address. We are adding an in-app guest data deletion option. Until then, you may contact [email protected] for help.Strava dataDisconnecting Strava stops future Strava syncing but may not delete Strava data that was already imported into Endurai.
